If you so wish, you too can smell like Britney Spears this Christmas! Although one would hope that the celebrity endorsed scent isn't concocted and brewed right after a live show of furious dancing and sweating! Although you could put on your favourite Britney music, spray yourself with her magical perfume, get out your hairbrush, switch the lights on and off manically and pretend that its you on stage in front of thousands of adoring fans!

Of course, celebrity endorsed perfume is hardly a new phenomenon but it is a trend that seems to be ever increasing and the list is endless and often more curious than one of Britney Spears own endorsed "smells". Some of the celebrities to have put their name to a bottle of coloured, scented liquid include, Celine Dion, Victoria Beckham, Jennifer Lopez, Scarlett Johansson, Paris Hilton and ahem, Carlos Santana!

Are these scents any more than a cynical cash in, especially during the Christmas season, and how much input do the famous names in question actually have during the process of inventing their own brand of perfume? Whatever the case may be, these scents will continue to be made and many of you will undoubtedly find one in your Christmas stockings this year! Wishing you a smelly festive season!
